The products that Ferric provides use DuPont™ Tyvek®.
Tyvek® is the 100% high‐density Polyethylene unwoven cloth which is strong and durable. It has the features of paper, film and cloth
together and is applicable for many uses. It is a unique material
which is also light in weight, water‐resistant, strong and airpermeable.
We also propose Coated Tyvek® CR27 series by Bemis USA for the
products which require more productivity.
It is the material that easy‐peel sealant is added to Tyvek®. It shows the stable sealing strength under the lower temperature as well as the clean pealing that allows better visual check.
Ferric is equipped with the system that can examine the acceptability of Tyvek® and Coated Tyvek® for medical use.
Ferric can propose various plans from printing to finishing according to the clients’ needs.
We can also support our clients regarding the medical production widely as we are aligned with Faxcim Corporation, one
of the top companies that deals in medical facilities including the wrapping equipment.
Ferric will build the stable supporting structure to supply the functional materials such as the ones of Tyvek® to our clients in or outside Japan.
We can make proposals from checking the functional materials such as the ones of Tyvek® to various types of processing such as printing, slit and cutting. We can cope also with various forms either in roll or sheet, according to the clients’ needs.
